As a cruelty-free brand, GORGEOUSLY KINKY does not incorporate animal testing into our development phase or at the production level. We do not provide authorization to any third parties to perform animal testing on our products.
WHAT IS THE SHELF LIFE OF YOUR PRODUCTS?
Our products have a shelp life of 12-18 months.
WHY IS THERE NO SHEA BUTTER OR COCONUT OIL IN YOUR PRODUCTS?
We created the brand for someone special who is allergic to both Shea Butter and Coconut Oil and who couldn't find the right products for her tightly coiled, dry hair that didn't contain those ingredients.

DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept debit and credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Paypal. We do not accept cash, personal checks, money orders, or cash-on-delivery. Your credit card statement will reflect Curls & Her Group on it.
WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION
After an order is placed, a confirmation email is sent to the email address provided during order placement. The order confirmation email includes the order number and all of the order details. A shipment confirmation email is sent once the order ships from the fulfillment center. The shipment confirmation email includes the shipping tracking number and all of the order details.
HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE AN ORDER
Please contact Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org to cancel or change an order that is in Pending status. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hrs only if it's still in Awaiting Fulfillment status. We regret that we are unable to cancel an order that is in Awaiting Shipment status.
CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS ONCE I PLACE AN ORDER?
For security purposes, we are unable to re-direct a shipped parcel to a secondary shipping address. If a shipper is unable to complete delivery to the original shipping address provided, the parcel will be returned to the fulfillment center and processed as a return.

HOW SOON DOES MY ORDER PROCESS?
Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
WILL I RECEIVE AN ORDER TRACKING NUMBER?
When your order ships from our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that includes a tracking number from a major US carrier.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Due to the nature of our products we currently do not accept returns. If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can facilitate a return and have the correct item shipped back to you.
DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
No, we currently do not offer international shipping.
HOW DO I RECEIVE A REFUND?
We regret that we cannot process refunds on purchases unless the item is received damaged. We'll most likely replace any item badly damaged during shipping so please contact us if this is the case.
WHAT IF MY PACKAGED IS DAMAGED OR LOST IN THE MAIL?
We do not replace packages that are lost in the mail. GORGEOUSLY KINKY assumes no responsibility of lost items. We ship all packages to the address provided by the customer so we will take no responsibility if you have entered the incorrect address.
WHO IS YOUR SHIPPING CARRIER?
We ship via USPS. If your package is lost or rerouted, please contact USPS with the tracking number we provide to you at the time your order is shipped. They would be better able to serve you in tracking you package as we only have the same information that is available to you. If you're having any issues with USPS please contact our customer care department for further assistance.

Items that are damaged in the mail should be returned to GORGEOUSLY KINKY within 10 business days of receipt for exchange. Please contact our customer service for a RAN (return authorization number) before shipping your damaged products back. We will ship them back to you free of charge.
